Utilities
Software Description:
Oilware offers a variety of tape and file handling utilities including: EzTape Tape/File Manipulation Utility used to copy tape to tape image disk file, tape image disk file to tape, tape to tape, or to convert tape image encapsulation types. EzTape is especially useful for manipulating DLIS, LIS and BIT tapes and disk files. ASCIIMerge ASCII File Merging Utility merges multiple input ASCII files to a single output ASCII file. Handles multiple input ASCII file formats simultaneously. Mixed recording directions from multiple input files are concurrently converted to the output direction of choice. Automatically identifies input ASCII file formats. Optional linear or cubic spline interpolation for resampling to a common level spacing. Provides flexible options for merging of curves from multiple input ASCII files and many other features. NetTape Server Network Tape Access Utility allows for access of networked UNIX tape drives or NT tape drives from any computer running Oilware's EzTools software. TapeID Tape Identification Utility quickly identifies the type of unknown tapes or disk files. TapeID will examine the file or tape, display the type of the file, and make a recommendation on how to process the data. Best of all, Oilware distributes TapeID for FREE!
